According to the by-laws of Stone Room Concerts, the purpose of the nonprofit includes:
(a) Providing quality music experiences by independent artists, through concerts presented at houses, churches and other venues.
(b) Supporting other charitable goals in collaboration with musicians, such as fundraising events for nonprofit initiatives, scholarship funds, etc.
(c) Supporting intercultural exchanges of musicians, particularly (but not limited to) between the United States and Latin America.
